FAQ's
A request is a single piece of work that you would like completed. On our end, we put these requests into a queue and complete them accordingly.
We think of requests like a frame within your design software. This could be as large as a single page or as small as a single component.
We're happy to work with you splitting up large pieces of work into appropriately sized requests.
If you're unsure on our offering, you can use the 'Solo' request service to try us out.
If you're a paying customer, we'll happily give a refund if, after the first request and revisions you're not happy with our output.
We won't give refunds if our output meets our quality bar and you didn't bring up quality issues when accepting the output. This is to stop people using our service, accepting the output and not wanting to pay.
We accept design files from all major software packages. These include Figma, Sketch, Photoshop and Adobe XD. We have vast experience interacting with these tools.
